30-Day Risk-Free Returns

We want you to love your LUVESSIA experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • All accessories, packaging, manuals, and included items must be returned
  • Products showing excessive wear, damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for a refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns on products that are excessively used, damaged, or unsanitary.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos if applicable

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact LUVESSIA support first to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly.

Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund policies, or false claims may result in refusal of future service and submission of evidence to the payment provider.
